Now knee pain. If you look at the above picture you will see research suggests that this meniscectomy (partial removal of cartilage) do very little to relieve pain in our knees. I have had three of these surgeries two on my right knee and one on my left knee. My knees hurt everyday. Some days worse than others especially with weather changes such as when we think its going to rain in Lampasas but just rains all around us. I have also had steriod injections into my knees. All these treatments have been found to not really help knees very much and it seems to accelerate arthritis formation in the knees.
